If the Renter wishes to cancel their Agreement, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental period will receive a full refund of the rental fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period will incur a fee of 50% of the total rental fee.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the rental period has begun.
Raincheck Policy
We have a generous raincheck policy. If a guest reservation falls outside of a full refund, guests may request a fully transferable raincheck to a future tour or rental date of their choosing (subject to availability, at our discretion) of equal or lesser value. Please contact us to redeem the raincheck or to request it in gift card form.
Minimum Guest Policy for Public Tours
To make it financially feasible we do require at least 2 guests on all tours. If you’re the only one who has signed up as of 6 p.m. the day before, you will be notified and have the option of switching to another tour, a bike rental, or a full refund. We appreciate your understanding.
Weather Policy
Customers will also receive a full refund or reschedule to another tour or rental due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to make the call on weather by 10 p.m. the night before a tour but may need until 7 a.m. the morning of. Forecasted light rain or fog mist does not cancel a tour or a rental and our normal cancellation policy applies.
